Had the most amazing weekend so far...

I went to the NASCAR race yesterdY. I've never been to 1 sober b4. I was always high on pills or alcohol but most of the time both. We drove 5 hours to get there. We parked and started grilling. We started to talk to the the people who parked right beside us only to find out they live n the same town as us. Actually right down the street from us. Small world right? It's about to get smaller. I looked at the 1 guy and came to realize that he is sum1 I used to buy my oxycontins off of.  The mind games started !!! Wow. I knew he had sun bc I overheard then talking plus they were going n and out of their suv. He waved for me to come over. I didn't! We got out of there bc it became so overwhelming to me. We just walked to the track.
I had cravings all day for pills and alcohol but they always went away. It was hard but I did it and I'm so proud!! Go me! I feel great today that I didn't use as oppose to if I used I wouldve felt guilty today and horrible about myself. I just kinda wanted to brag a lil.

Wow you did great ! I gotta tell you that would have nutted me up with the guy the pills and the rv geez you got the who,what,where,when all right infront of you. I would have been tested and I consider my recovery good most of the time. Getting out of there was just the right
thing. Still with the booze at the track. I think you should toot your horn. Great job. Becca
