im sittin here wondering how long will a lorotab withdraw last...i take 4 or 5  of the lorotab 500 a day...ive beeen takin them for a year now.. i lost my gf and want here back but she wont unless i stop takin the pills...is using my x-gf a good tool to to reach my goal in to wanting to be sober... she is by my side but we are not together..

Yes, that is great motivation indeed. I was pretty happy with my junkie life style once upon a time and it took just one sincere look of concern in my gf's eyes and the question 'why r u doing this to urself'' to get me motivated to clean up. I did not clean up over night after that but it was big big motivation for me because I truly loved her...

If you post on the "Addiction: Substance Abuse" forum, you will probably get more replies.  There's loads of info on withdrawal symptoms from Lortabs.  The worst will be over in a week, more or less.  And anything you can use for inspiraton is fine; girlfriend, spouse, children.  When I quit, my children were my biggest inspiration.  Click on the Substance Abuse forum and read all of the posts that you can.  Do a search.  You'll find what you're looking for.
