I started my first day of wd becuase wd messes with my sleep so badly i new the faster i started the faster it would get back to normal it was sooo hard the first few days i had to push my self very hard but it payed off.
I was addicted to vicoprofen and anything else i could get my paws on. Today i am 731 days clean. I was told from the first day i posted to get up and move as much as i could right away. Sometimes it was just walking around the house or to the corner. Each day i went further. The weight will come off so try and be patient. I no longer gorge myself with ice cream now and eat much healthier........sara
I have 245 days clean,my addictions are alcohol and codeine,I was going to the gym before I quit, I was doing 3 sessions a week after I quit I pushed that up to 7 sessions in 5 days,I relax on the weekend,doing more sessions helped take my mind off the withdrawals it kept me busy and I haven't looked back,In 8 months I've lost 22kg or 44lbs.
