day 18 off Norco and still feeling antisocial

Hay all.... It's day 18 off of being on Norco 8-10 a/day x's 3 years for 2 back surgeries and although I FEEL a little better I'm finding it difficult to GET OUT OF THE HOUSE... Whats up with that?  Any responses to my anti-social behavior issues would be aprrecitated..

Thanks jollyman069 for the KICK IN THE BUTT!!  I DID go out today and ride my horse and that was extremely helpful... It was just the getting OUT THE DOOR part that was hard but once I did I felt ALOT BETTER... thanks hun....I appreciate your frankness.... Keep it coming... cuz I NEED IT!

to put it bluntly..just get off your rump and o do somthing..if it is just taking a walk it will do wonders....thats is how i was told...but seriously it does help to mkae urself do things..good luck...God Bless and if you need to chat just pm me would be glad to be any help I can be..remember most of us in here was were you are now...brian

Thanks for your response.... I find that if I HAVE to do something.. I do and will, it's just the when I DON't have to I WON'T.  So you say 4 to 5 weeks??? I've got 2 and a half under my belt... Yipee  Just 3 more to go!  Looking forward to getting my M0-JOE BACK!

It took me several weeks like 4 to5 before I could get myself out to do things that weren't absolutly necessary.. It will start coming back , but I like most had to force ourselves to go out and do things...you will feel better for doing it...Saty strong..and keep on keeping on
