John Edwards

OK, I was watching John Edwards and wanted to see if other people believe in the afterlife and you could hear from people who have passed on...I would love to talk to my father, grandson, grandparents... so what do you think? do you think John Edwards is real or a fake? do you think he can talk to the dead? or that the dead can even send messages back to us? I believe in him and believe they can send messages back...I've talk to my dad in dreams before all night...so what do you think?

I don't watch John Edwards...but I do believe in the arterlife...I've communicated several times with the deceased...careful though...there's a good/bad side...you don't want to open too many doors if you don't know how to close them again...=/

People who have lost a loved one are most susceptible to people like him. The obituaries carry an awful lot of information about a person and there are other ways as well to get info on anyone. At any funeral there is an awful lot of talk about the person. The people who knew the departed will become nostalgic and reveal many things about the one who is gone. There is the possibility that a close member of the family will have some sort of phsycic experience, mostly in dreams. An outsider who can talk to your dear departed when you yourself cannot makes no sense. If I have passed on and there was any way that I could send a message back it would not be to a stranger, it would be to someone I loved and cherished. Barnum said" There is a sucker born every minute," and this is true. Electronic evengelists, people who conduct seances, car salesmen, advertising, lotteries and so on, thrive on that fact. There are billions of people who have passed on, so tell me how John Edwards was able to select individuals out of that multitude and get the right one every time.

I strongly beleive in an afterlife, supporting the Biblical point of view.  I do believe there is a "chasm" across which the living and the departed cannot talk.

As for John Edwards?  I can't judge him, so I'll judge myself.  I had an affair some 15 years ago and I'll regret it for the rest of my life..I hope it eats at him, like it does at me...How could he, with a terminally ill wife who has been there to support him all these years?

Sorry, John..no sympathy for me..Mrs Edwards, may God give you peace and may you find forgiveness and peace.

My mother passed away in 1999. I was in total disbelief of the after life, but the day I got back home from burying her I fell asleep on my bed and suddenly my mother was there telling me that she was in a much better place and that all of her pain was gone. I replied to her saying mom you're dead. She answered me by saying I'm here to comfort you and the way I can prove to you that this is real is to tell you that your mail was just delivered and you will find your phone bill in there. I ran as fast as I could to the mail box and the mail was there and so was my phone bill.
To answer everyone's question I BELIEVE!!

I actually had a reading done back in MA -- he got so many things right on the money, even down to people and specifics.  I think he does phone readings.

As for the other J Edwards...come on he's just following in Bills footsteps...I think Billy proved that it doesnt matter what you do for fun.  I mean if the media followed any of us around all day and nite....I bet they would find some pretty crazy stuff..

We gotta start leaving people lives alone...or else were gonna have some wierdo that has nothing to hide LOL  in the White House....

Oh, I though you meant.....the cheating, lying, basturd.......John Edwards.  The other John Edwards I love him.......he has the most incredible eyes I have ever seen.  I would do him, but anyway.........I don't know for sure.  Would love to believe him, but unless I saw it with my own two eyes......dunno.

I think I will wait until my demise to see all my loved ones, that way I know for sure.

I know how you feel though, Edwards is very mesmerizing, but Sylvia Brown is interesting too.......she did predict the break up of Brad and whats her name, and also the hurricanes like Katrina.......if there is ever doubt?.......there probably is.......

Still love you John Edwards.........and those eyes.......good lord.

Nauty.......

At first I thought the same as you..........gosh  I was hoping Obama  would pick Edwards as his VP......  I have to admit   I really  like(d)  the  lawyer/senator John Edwards,   and the sad thing is,  I  really don't care who anyone sleeps with as long as they can do the job,  but  oh  no,  he had to be so santicmonious   (where's my spell check??!!)  about his fidelity  and 30 year marriage,  and her cancer battle,  that is what made me so da*n mad!   Another great mind (again  in my opinion)  that will go back to making millions as an atty  and I think he had a lot to contribute.

The baby,  oh absolutey,  I think she  is his!      And I am sure there will be a lot more to this story.  Surprised the Bush Admin didn't pick up on it while tapping our calls and reading our emails.......ohhh   maybe that is the National Enquirer's "source"?!!   :)

Dang ! I thought this was going to be a political post. LOL

I used to watch John Edwards show all the time. I think he is a phony. I do believe in the after-life. Just don't think he's been in touch with them.  I did enjoy the show though.

So, do you think the baby is John Edward's ???????  (the politician) lol

No,  not at all do I believe in this.......other than another way shusters have found a way to make big bucks by  preying on victims that want to believe so much in contact with loved ones that have died.    And Coolio  is absolutely correct,  there has been numerous articles on how he (Edwards) pulls off the few precidictions he gets correct,  kind of like the old revival meetings where they planted "afflicted" people and became healed  i.e.   Elmer Gantry            It is like magic,  do you really think they saw bodies in half?  It truly is no different.    In Houdini's will    he left $1M   for any one that could prove they had contact  with the "other side"  such as himself.  It is very interesting to read, I would recommend that you check out Houndini's biography.

I guess it is like a lot of thins  in life,  it want to believe,  you should do so,  but if you ask for an opinion,  then my response is he is more of a magician than   a funnel to the deceased.     For me,  I choose to believe the people I have loved and lost  are at peace and in a place that is so much more serene than anything I can imagine.   Just my opinion.

No not real....I think maybe he can read your mind or thoughts...thats as far as i would go....I think he only tells you things that you already think about the person who has passed..

It has also been discovered that he has plants in the audience and working for him that start finding info about you right from the time you buy the tickets to the show....Very doubtful that you could just walk up to him on the streets and have him perform so good.

I think if someone really could do all this that he would be doing something else...other then TV.   Also how sad is it to think that the person who has passed is just stuck here watching us and following us everywhere..

Hi,
I love JohnEdwards. I totally believe in that stuff.
I was told that if you a have a dream about a dead person but the dream is so real that the next day you can recall it perfectly then you had an encounter with that person.
If it is a dream where you saw that person or they were just in your dream but you didn't speak to them or really remember the dream the next day then it was just a dream.
I went with a friend 4 yrs ago to some like John Edwards.
This lady told me a bunch of stuff that you know could have been happening anyway but when she told me that I have 3 spirits that walk with me and one she said was a stillborn.
My husband & his first wife had a stillborn 25 yrs ago. How weired was that????!!!
I was blown away.
totally believe that. John Edwards is like thousands of dollars for one reading.

I totally believe in this kinda stuff and John Edwards....yeah i think he's the real deal.

I have spoken to my best friend and my grandma after they past on. I felt so at ease afterwards as i had wanted to talk with my friend for about 6 yrs and all off a sudden , he was there in a dream but to me...he was there, he told me things i had been asking him to try and tell me, even though he had passed.
My Grandma spoke to me while i was going c/t, (well, i hope she did and i hope i wasnt Hallucinating , lol).

So yes....i do believe in life after death and i do believe in everything like this.
