Mia, my eighth granbchild came for a visit today. She started to cry later on and mana, her grandma and her two great grandmothers were unable to soothe her. Mangee the great grumpy, all the grandchildren call me that, picked her up and with a few word quietened her down. This seems to be a knack that I have had all my life where babies and children are involved. I was going to teach her how to use the computer but I'm not sure if she's ready yet. Her mama had Mia at 8:30 P.M and was home by noon the next day. No drugs of any sort were used. She went into the hospital had the baby and that was that. Anyway,I'll give Mia another week and then teach her how to use the computer. Martial arts lessons in two weeks and physics in three. Can't let her drive my car until her legs are a little longer. I asked her mom but she says Mia isn't ready to taste my fabulous stew just yet. As all grandpas think she is, of course, the most beautiful baby anywhere. My chest used to be 40 inches but I think it is about 75 now. I have to gather all my stories together to tell her whan sh is old enough. They will, of course, be motly the same stories I told my children and all the grand and great grandchildren. I will probably have some new ones because where children are concerned I love to spin a new story or two. Of course, reading this, it is hard to tell that I am flying through the clouds and perhaps boasting a little. Hey, I'm a grand pa, so what else is new?
