Buprenorphine is reduced to less than 1% blood serum levels at 21 days. The withdrawals hit heavy in 5-7 days, but subs have a high affinity for brain receptors, meaning it takes a long time for them to let go and leave the body. Why do you ask?

i am not being wise or unfeeling , but ask the person who prescribed this drug. I had to do any research myself. being on any of these Methadone suboxone or any other. they are not meant to be on for very long. If you get the chance read buckethead1959. that is about re: methadone. but you will see what can happen. We are ultimately responsible.
I have it from experts that Suboxone is not meant to be used for any more than 6 months!! MAN why not? Danger that is why not. Good to hear people asking questions, i did not. enough for me. all the best

In my experience it takes about 5-7 days. Why do you ask? Are you wondering when opiates will again start getting you high? Or are you trying to get off of suboxone>
