Hi,
I don't think it is uncommon at all to still have these issues after only 12 days. Don't get me wrong, your 12 days are a HUGE accomplishment and you should be incredibly proud of yourself but I've heard many complain about this issue dragging on.
Stay positive and keep pushing through it and KNOW it will get better.
Hang in there, you are inspiring some to take this journey merely by showing them how far you have come.

Good job on the 12 days!! have you tried getting some exercise? Nothing too strenuous. Do something you enjoy. Sometimes when we feel exhausted we just want to go to bed. That can sometimes make it worse. Early on I tried to get on a sleep schedule. I would got to bed by 11pm (that was actually early for me) and made sure I was up by 9am. Often times I woke up before the alarm. Then I would try to stay busy, take a short nap in the afternoon then stay busy till the evening. Then wind down and go to bed. It seemed to help.
