Thank you for responding. I think I'm doing all I can to get through this with or without some of the things on the recipe. I have the WILL, support, and the DESIRE to do this, but I get soo frustrated. Thank you again for responding and God Bless.

I personally don't think the thomas recipe has anything in it that is going to help you other than the benzo for withdrawal .......Quitting suks, and its going to be a painful task with or without it......
