Not much action

There is not much going on here today. Huh? I have been looking here periodically throughout the day and all must be busy today. I guess that is a good thing. I have been trying to keep my mind occupied today doing a few things here and there around the house and running the street a buit. It is just so hot down here I don't know if it is because I am getting up there in age (40) or if it is actually getting hotter and harder to deal with the heat. I worked in the elements for a long time then into the office I went for a few more years but I kept my status open and did go out in the field as I did not want to lose that completely so like I said from time to time I would take a job out in the field so I don't see myself unable to deal with the heat or cold. I guess these last few years since my accident and since my being disabled for the time being ( lets hope and pray this is not a pipe dream for me ) I am aging feeling the toll of the years of all the abuse I have subjected my body to and here I was a few years ago eating right and training religiously for a few more than a few years thinking I would be all good.... LOL whata joke! huh???  I have not seen the inside of a gym or touch my bike in while now and this is so damn depressing it hurts............. Oh well there is something else in store for me and what that may be I don't know but we will see. Anyway much love to you all and hope your day was good and a lil below the heat here at 97* F.

as in a charbroiled steak cut I like a good thick rib eye I am a potatoes and beef person screw all the pasta and my wife is on a pasta kick right now......

I like a few cuts Mike...but I can't stand a cheap steak...I like my steak RARE, as in very red or purple in the middle...I've grossed a few out when they see my steak, but the taste is worth it.  I eat only the best cuts of it, or I don't eat it at all...who's servin' it up tonight?

Oh man a girl after my own heart... Jacqui, likes her steak rare.... I like it rare to medium rare and try my darndest to find a place that actually knows what that means far and few between............ What cut do you like????

Well, cloudy, windy and cool. Then it got sunny in the afternoon was around 70. Very pleasant to eat the BBQ steak dinner.  ♥ ♥♫♫♪

We've been enjoying some cooler air today....and it's SO nice...We actually turned off the air conditioners!  It has been so hot here lately that it's very welcome!

I'm with you on the heat issue. I live in Central Florida and boy has it ever been HOT!! All I have to do is walk outside to my car and the sweat starts pouring, LOL!!

wow, where's that? it was great here today75 and no humidity, i know what ya mean about tolerating the heat though. i hate workin in it the most, if im not workin i'm in the cool house , on the bike or my boat, funny you sais that about the gym, i almost cancelled my membership today cuz i havent used it, but instead went and did 45 mins spinning i'm gonna try to go everyday, we'll see. it is quiet here tonight.
