music is very good for beating the ar!e out of your addiction.it can pull you through the cravings and give you strenght.nice one !

Congratulations on 31 days!  Music is such a powerful motivator - It brings out so much emotion in us (well it does in me anyway).  I'm glad that you've found two great songs that will bring you back up when you're feeling down.
