Have been away for quite a while. Too many appontments, too many tests, too many doctors, so much that I am exhausted at the end of the day. Everything is winding down now and I am slowly getting back to normal. They want to teach me how to breathe when I talk. 81 years of age and they think I don't know how to breathe. What have I been doing all these years not being able to breathe? How did I last this long? Eye surgery, prostate exams, asthma control, arthritis therapy etc, etc, etc. They even said I have fatty tisue on my brain. My wife said she knew that long before the doctrs did. She said that I was always ,"A fathead." Any way I thought I would pop in and say "Hi," to those I knew and those I am yet to know. I see some of the old hands still hanging in there and others, although clean, coming back to lend a hand here and there or just letting us know they are still doing well. Will be looking in more often as the appointments, tests and annoyances of running here and there subside. For all of you here, hang in there and don't under any circumstances allow your problems to beat you down. You are stronger than you think. Just give yourselves a chance to prove it. As some have shown here and on the other forum you can, over time, beat it. In the meantime keep the faith in yourselves alive.
