I just saw this one.......We have a substance abuse forum also.  If you look above where it says to Post a Question you will see in blue lettering Substance Abuse Addiction Community........click on that one and then post your question.  You are on the social side right now.  We talk about all kinds of goofy things on this side.  Join both of these forums.  Many on the addiction side have tapered and will be able to give you some really good advice.  I went ct so have no idea.         sara
