I know we are from all over the place on this forum which is great, as we can all come together.  Just wondering where everyone is from?
I'm from Londonderry, Northern Ireland.  Anyone else from sunny (NOT) UK or are most of you lucky people in USA?

I was raised in a Canyon in S Cal but also lived a long time in Lake Tahoe..Ended up 50 miles S of the Canada Border in N Idaho. Where the Moose and the Deer & Buffalo the Roam..Ha!

I'm from Newcastle England and we have free health care, proper chips and brown sauce. I can feel you all getting envious so I will leave it there, lol.

Where the Cascades and the Sierras meet the coastal mountain range of California and Oregon. The headwaters of the Sacramento River and Klamath Rivers.  We tried to succeed to be called the State of Jefferson, the mountain state of NorCal and So Oregon. That was 1998 when it made the voting ballet, dang city slickers still make all the decisions for mountain folk. Some things never change, but I do.

I split my time between So Cal Beaches, California central coast, High Desert by Joshua Tree Nat Park.
The remaining time I live on a fruit tree ranch, tucked into Costa Rica rainforest, overlooking the ocean.   It's a very healing place. 20+ years I've been working on improvements here. The jungle takes it toll. There are even ants that can eat cement.   I'm happy here.  Maxy

Ha ha...I am from London UK, currently living in Cobourg, Southern Ontario, right on the lake.  (the lake is ice as far as I can see) But, the sun is shining.  I too am counting the days where I can play in soil, and not snow!
