I read an article by Rachel Ray and another lady that said by taking acai berry and total cleanse bromalite you could lose belly fat and the other lady lost 41 pounds. has anyone heard of them? just curious..wondering about trying them, found a website that will send you free samples...any suggests/ideas. anyone tried either one?

acai berries..........are amazing for u.  they are also an antoxidant.

celebrities swear by those berries. (come to think of it...their acai berries are probably collagen, face lifts, liposuction, botox.........lol)

I haven't tried it, but have been wanting to.  I thought around a year ago, maybe less, there was somebody on here that was selling it?  Can't remember their name.  About an hour after I read this post, I got an email offering a sample and I have to pay shipping for $4.95, so I'm going to try it.

this is suppose to get rid of the belly fat that hangs on, execise or counting calories doesnt seem to work for me. I am not overweight just seem to carry all my weight like a spare tire around my stomach and thighs.

not trying to be a smarta$$...but the easiest way to loose weight is to decrease your caloric intake.  forget all the mumbo jumbo about fats and carbs...just count your calories.  i only eat about 1,000 calories a day...but i eat alot of food...never hungry! !
