Honestly. Nothing much. Try to avoid substituting one med for another, even if it is OTC. You can take vitamins to help your body, but bottom line is you have to go through detox.
hi and welcome! if you check out the Thomas recipe at bottom right of this page, it has some great stuff in it...most you can get otc....just hang tough, you can get thru it...many many have....it'll be a tough flu-like few days...but it gets better each day....take hot showers or hot hot baths with epsom salt in it for the achy muscles or anxiety....drink plenty of water or Gatorade, stay hydrated most of all...B vits...and bananas or fruits....eat when you can....move around as much as possible....just keep posting for support and let us know exact symptoms you are having and we can help! you can do it! congrats on wanting to get off the pills.
