tHERE IS A GOOD POSSIBILITY THAT U WERE WRONG..FOR MOST THE MENTAL AFTERMATH IS THE TOUGHEST PART...i, AS WELL THOUGHT IF I GOT THRU THE DAYS OF PHYSICAL SYMPTOMS ALL WOULD BE WELL...LIL DID i KNOW..IT WAS A RUDE awakening..sorry for the cap lock but too tired to go re-type (:
This is the reason aftercare is so crucial to recovery....the next several weeks, possibly the next few months u r at great risk for relapse..staying strong takes work and support..be sure u have ur bases covered..dont be afraid to seek the support u need
keep posting
Well one thing is for sure I will b rootin for ur jackets sat I'm pretty sure they r gonna kill them little puppy dawgs haha now about what u said earlier they will beat uga but they wouldn't have a chance against my gators u know the sayin they can't get in the ring with Ali just cause they think they can box haha
Glad your feeling better and congrats on day 6. The mental part is the hardest for sure for an addict and that is why it's so important to never let your guard down and get some type of aftercare. I spent over 5 years relapsing over and over thinking I had it beat when i could actually get 3 or 4 days clean, then WHAM, i always went back to drugs. Whether it was my DOC (cocaine) or booze, pills, any drug, i craved the high, feeling numb, so find out what your triggers are for using and keep getting support.
Sorry, this was not meant to be negative at all bud, I just want to see you stay clean this time. It takes time, but it becomes a hell of a lot easier and I am thankful for that. Your doing great and happy to see you posting. Congrats again. GO YELLOWJACKETS, lol.
I think the hardest part is staying clean. Withdrawal has an end to it; not using goes on forever. Be very careful. Keep reading and posting to this site. Don't get over confident. The first 90 days are very tricky, actually the first year.
