I can't say it's been easy!  Today on my drive into work i realized how much better I'm doing.  Seems like I'm still going thru some pattern - 3 good days, 2 bad days, 1 good day, 4 bad days, but i'm getting there!  The good days make it all worth it and i cannot wait til they are ALL good days!  Anyone just starting out - whether you are on day one, seven, thirty - just HANG IN THERE!! IT GETS BETTER!!  and a life without those devils is SO WORTH IT!

wow! that is an amazing accomplishment.. Huh! i know what you mean about good and bad days.. I too have them but you know to be honest we had them before we started using .. We just forgot how to cope without using.. Which is like blahhh!!  But you are an awesome inspiration to me and i'm sure many others..  Keep on Keepin on..
