120 HRS. CLEAN

woke up this mornng with 120 hors clean under my belt. Feeling like I'm almost back in touch with the world. Still feel a little tired ,maybe a little depressed, but all in all feeling pretty good. The tapering schedule I used was a pretty quick one , and had to endure about 3 uncomfortable days, but nothing like going cold turkey. I am so thankful to God that he got me through this.

Congratulations Jeff.  Keep moving in the right direction.  Definitely consider looking into aftercare, it will help you stay clean and give you the support you need.

sounds like you are well on your way back to living life on life's terms. good for you. are you doing anything as far as aftercare? NA or AA meetings can be a great help. i go every chance i get. you keep God with you as much as you can, ok? peace, sway
