how do you get off of tramadol?
ct off tram can cause seizures so i would taper. iwas was doing about 30 tram a day
I agree with the other comments made, i would recommend doing a taper. Do not quit cold turkey.

Because it also has an antidepressant in it along with the synthetic opiate, you should not Cold Turkey this med. Others reasons, too, which you can read about at the link up above.

I think we need a little bit of information to really help answer you. How much do you use? How long have you used it for? and what were your reasons? ie: legitimitate pain or recreational.
Tramadol is a drug that although may be classed "non-narcotic" it still acts on the same optiate pain receptors in your brain. So because of that it is very addictive. There are still alot of Dr.s out there who say its safe and not addictive and I absolutely disagree! I believe its still a class 4 drug in this country and that needs to be changed! IMO
Getting off of them are similar to any other pain pill. Depending on how much you take, you can taper down or just quit CT. The withdrawls are about the same but In my experience with Tramadol they were a bit more severe in the beginning. Both very doable though if your ready to get off of them!
Once you answer those questions, I can probably give you a better Idea.
