I need suggestion here, and am looking for helpp??

I agree with IBK. You need medical supervision for your situation. I think the wd's from Opana are going to be too much for you to handle on your own.

Hi & Welcome to the Community!

Are you looking to stop taking your meds altogether or just until you can find a new doctor?

Either way, if it gets bad enough that youa re having palpitations or anything like that..get to the ER. They can, at the very least, monitor you and even give you something (non-narcotic) to help with the severity of the situation.

Let us know what you want to do here and what your withdrawal symptoms are right now and we can support you and give you some home remedies that may help. Hang in there.
