I'm addicted to Vicodins and now going threw w/d I take 12 a day 6 each time of the 10/325 now I'm cutting down and tomorrow I'm cutting them off I need some help and support I'm in the l.a area

I will support you in any way that I can. I am not in L.A., but I used to live there. I think if you can taper off by taking fewer and fewer of the pills, it will help. It may not be as hard as you think. Find a Narcotics Anonymous group and go to the meetings. It's always better to be around people who have gone through the same experience.

Also, get the vitamin support you need. High dose Vitamin C, a good B complex, calcium, magnesium and zinc (Trader Joe's has the best prices/quality) Sleepy time tea and melatonin for help sleeping.
