what vitimans & things do I need & stock up on 4 detox??

Hey everyone yall have been so supportive in whats upcoming monday..as yall know im starting Monday & read somewhere on someone's forum about all the vitimans supplements to stock up on (potassium maybe one of them) but I can't seem to find that forum now. I kno epsion salt for the baths any other suggestions would b greatly appreciated. ..thanks again knowing I have yall to vent & help me thru this experience means so much!  Ill keep yall updated...

Like Vic, I watch doc oz ( love his advice ) if you get a multi vitamin make sure you break it in half and have half in the morning and half in afternoon. It will give you the support you need all day. ( advice from doctor oz )

While I detoxed I took white and green tea no sugar no milk.
No coffee as it will upset the detox.
Hydralyte 20ml at a time sipped very slowly.
Vitamin D 1000IU 1 daily.
Magnesium.
Coq 10.
B12.
8 glasses of water to draw out toxins.
Super green foods smoothies 2 daily.
Walnuts and almonds. Handful of each.
Probiotic drinks ( yoghurt drink ) in fridge aisle.
Goji and aca'i berries.
99.7 percent aloe Vera juice. 1 tbsn on empty stomach every morning. This will get your toxic waste flushing almost immediately. Don't use longer than 1 week

Any fresh fruit and vegie will always work better than a vitamin if you can.

Thanks & thanks again. Yes I am new & am learning my way around this site didn't know ab the post thing but now I do. Thanks for helping me better to understand. Where can I get this Magnesium from? So potassium & magnesium are the best to take for the Rls ? Are those just vitimans.

Get some Electrolyte powder that you add to water..They also have the Bs and Cs.Get some Protein powders and make lots of Berry shakes. Dr Oz said to take vit D with Omega 3 in morning for stress. Just fine some good Plant based vit/min. The Magnesium is the Best ever for detox because it draws out poisons. You can take the Magnesium and Potassium at night for the RLS. Also take some good calcium..You can just cheat and get the instant breakfast or protein drinks with it all of this in them like Boost. You might not feel like cooking so you might want to get some TV dinners or can soup. Just drink LOTS of Fluids..Vit water and Gatorade too. It does take time for the body to adjust to the Vit/Min so so not expect this to happen over night. Get some Amino Acids..I got my all compounded in one..On the front of the bottle it says "Protein" Then you can buy some extra ones and take some by them selfs during the day and some at night..Just get whatever and try it..We have to replenish back what we have lost during our substance use. Make sure when or if you can cook that it will be very Healthy..I wish you the best.

Chanel....I know you're just getting used to how this forum works and learning your way around....but if you can continue to post on one of the threads you start....it will help us follow you better instead of posting new questions/threads for each one.

OK - well stock up items would include tea, chicken soup, bland foods overall (stuff like apple sauce and vanilla pudding, yogurt, Gatorade..).. but easy on the stomach foods are what you're looking for... think hospital food and you'll be on the right track.

I wish you much good luck!  I do wish you would start today, but that's okay, if you're committed to doing this, then I wish you well all the way through.  You CAN do this.  :)

Chanel, you can pull up the THOMAS recipe and it lists many things that will be invaluable during detox!
