72 hours

Just hit 72 hours clean.  Feeling good.  I really worked the system you all gave me, about 15 bottles of water a day and a 2 liter gatorade a day, 2 amino shakes every day, immodium for trots, ALIVE multi vitamin, and I am totaly free of my WD symptoms.  Brain is clear.  Still a LITTLE groggy, but I think the more you force just tons and tons of fluids thru you the faster this crap gets out of your body.  Literally water started tasting bad, i hated it, but now, SO worth it.  

Thanks everyone for getting me through this as your advice has been priceless.  I am getting back to work today and I have energy to do it.  No shakes, no weaknes.  Thanks so much!

Now to deal with the mental part!

i have a girlfriend who recovered from 80mg Oxys and she is 2 years clean, so she is really helping me and will be my support system.  I think I am in good hands.  Thanks so much for all your support and kind words!

Excellent news,well done on day 3, its still early days and your body is continuing to repair itself.You were/are prepared for detox and its such a help to have a plan.Each day gets a little better and its so so worth it.Again,keep going and take care

its crazy that 72 hours ago seems like another life, just shows you how those pills put you in such a haze, you are just a zombie of your former self.  I cant believe the difference in my skin color..crazy.

I am totally free of WD too and 5 days clean. Day 4 was yesterday and the leg aches and chills were gone. hallelujah! You are right about the mental part, that's what I am gonna work on now. I'm proud of you!!!
