Man these wd's are killing me I just want to explode today, not craving the pill but just really on edge really in a bad mood, trying not to scream at my kids and hubby. What a rollarcoaster you feel fine one hour and the next I wanna scream... Man dont no how I got to this point to begin with.. Okay deep breathes :/

It most certaintly is, just like a rollarcoaster ride drives me up the wall sometimes, today Im thinking to myself wth was wrong with u yesterday lol :)

It's so hard to maintain a normal life while going through this.  It's just something you have to accept. Try to get help anywhere you can..someone to take the kids for a bit?  Having the hubby take in a few more chores?  Any little bit of help will get you closer to your goal especially in the early stages. Just know you are on the right track, as terrible as it feels now. You need to ask for help as hard as that may be, support is one of the true keys to get well. Good luck and happy new year!

just hang in there!  and yep, deep breaths...in and out....take a nice long hot bath....that always relaxed me so much!   you will feel better soon!  keep posting when you need to!
