90 days clean

Well.... I am being tested this weep I'm in Reno Nevada where it is taking all my well power to stay away from alcohol and those dang pills.. say a prayer for me if you all will.

But on the bright side I'm celebrateing 90 days clean and staying strong!!

Don't cave! You have worked too incredible hard to let those clean days lapse. There is a great article from "Justneedtotalk" that addresses the healing process at 90 days. I'm going to look for it and bump it up . Read it, it makes so much sense. Keep it up, your doing amazing!

Big congrats on 90 days Rodbird.  You were starting your withdrawals when I first found this forum.  Remember the lack of sleep, anxiety, depression and everything else that you had to go through to get that 90 days.  
Remember how proud your kids are of you.

ur strong enough.Keep reminding urself u have 90days which is a huge milestone.congratulations.I know this isnt easy to begin with and I have had temptation literally thrown n my lap more than once.Gotta stay strong.
