water retention is a sgn your kidneys are not functioning properly. the 650mg. of tylenol is what worries me more than the opiod. think 650mg x 20 this could cause renal failure for sure. 2 questions. 1 personal, is your urine restricted? what is NAC? im not a dr. probably call the hospital and talk to the charge nurse. sometimes they can advise you w/out the e.r fee.i would also start drinking tons of water to flush kidneys. hope this helps a bit. lysah
Go to the ER........as kim said we are not doctors. Have someone take you or call 911. Best of luck.........sara
i agree with kim. better to be safe than sorry, you should go to the ER. one way tell if you have overdosed on opiates is to check your pupils. if they are small like the head of a pit and are not dialating, that is one sign. i really think you should go and be totally honest with them, they can't help you if you don't. god bless, christina
GO TO THE ER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have someone take you or call 911 now!!!!! None of us are doctors here. You need to be seen by one......This is nothing to play around with...Goodluck....Kim
