Chest tightness

I am on day 11, and having some anxiety and low (and I mean LOOOOOOO)energy. This is similar to a previous withdrawal.

But this time I have a slight chest tightness --not pain and not real bad --just a presence. Anyone heard of this before? Is it part of the anxiety? (I'm not asking for a diagnosis, just discussion).

I agree with Vickie, see you doctor if it persists. I get the chest tightness with anxiety and stress; especially stress. At work I had a period of long overtime under heavy mental stress. When I complained to my doctor about chest tightness he immediately sent me to a Cardio guy. I passed the treadmill test and was told it's stress.

Hi..Yes for me my heart pumped hard for the first few weeks..I came off of three meds and one was a benzo..I think it is normal but if it keeps going and gets worse do go to the DR or ER..Chest tightness can be serious..OK
The weakness seemed to be the last stage Physically for me..I am still having some emotional issues but this is my experience..Great Job on your days..Just do not give in to any substances..Time is the greatest Healer..
