day 9-10 sleeping better but blood pressure and headaches

Well I made it 10 days but my blood pressure has gone from low to 155 over 90.

Also headaches last couple days, is this all normal?

Nice thing legs not hurting last 2-nights, sleeping more off and on

hey ted, you are doing awesome. keep up the good work. headache and a rise in bp are normal during detox. how are you feeling today?

Congrats on your ten days. My blood pressure always shot up during detox and now it does it when I am in pain. That is not terribly high but it is in the hypertension range and you should keep an eye on it. If it continues you will need to see your doc. The headaches are probably from the spike in your bp.

Hang in there. You are almost through the worst of it.
