You still around here FLaddict??!  I read your aminos info... sounds like you been doin' some serious research... are you kleeen??  I been round the corner through the mill; crushed mushed and slushed, diced, iced and sliced... currently in the dumps as it were and thought I'd see what's happening here... still on oxy's and darvon and I think it's finally fried the synapses scrambled the circuits and drained the oil...  oh well... I so much prefer to shine a ray into someone else's dour deal, than to be on the moanin' groanin' side of things...  I do hope and pray that you and anyone reading this is on the up and up, the mend and bend, smelling the fragrance of fresh meadows' morning dew again after shaking off the crust and grime from all them pills (slime of crime)...  love always - nefesh

Community Leaders are someone you can contact when you have questions about the site like you do..LOL.The notes are between you and whom ever you send them to but they can be read by everyone .There are settings to make them private if you would like .They are just to keep in touch with your forum friends just click on the ones you would like to send.I see you already found the Health pages .We have a social forum as well where we talk about all different topics of life not just drug related .If you have any more question ask away....

thanks for the welcome... it's been a long time... seems like there's a lot of new ways to communicate here... how do you use all these different types of notes?  what are they for?  are they part of the thread or exclusive to the person you send?  anything else I should know about how things work now?  community leaders are new, too... what is that exactly?  sorry about all the ???'s... thanks again...      nefesh

FL is one of our community leaders. She has away from the forum for the last few months .We are hoping she returns soon she is very missed .Welcome to the forum.There is tons of support here .
