what to do???

ive been taking oxy80m for the past 2 years cuz of ainjury and the past2 months ive been getting really bad... im now up to like 350 to 400mgs a day and i need to cut down.. i am also doing a lot of drinking and been blowing some coke lately... i know not a good mixture but i need to stop and i am starting to withdrawl from everything but the oxys cuz im still taking them at the moment... but how can i stop shaking right now... id love some help cuz im losing it right now...

Sounds like you addictions have a really strong hold on you! I am so glad you are reaching out now before something horrible happens, this site is wonderful for gaining support and advice.  I am not a good person to talk to about your wds, went only 1 day without, but there are lots of people on here who will help you.  

If you are really scared is there a crisis line you could call?  A detox centre or something like that?  I know when I was in wd I couldnt stay still one moment, legs shaking non stop.  That plus a ton of other horrible symptoms.

Perhaps the late hour isnt good for others to reply to you but read through some of the other posts and you might find some answers or comfort.
