Oh, goodness, can you get with a therapist?  This kind of thing scares me to advise people about, because I think that one wrong word could send you to hurt yourself.  You know that you need help, so the best thing is to ask for some from a professional.  There is nothing wrong with needing help.  There is only a problem when you need it and don't get it!

Please talk to someone!  I want you to be ok.....

we can't know it, dreaming... only you can know it with time and help... go for it. I would think that addiction and self harming are not strangers.... i mean, there is nothing more selfdestructive that abusing some substance and self harming it seems to me something on the same pack ... you need going to the roots of your personal problems and addictive and self harming  behaviour . Adressing them is the only  thing that can help you answer your question and can help you to stop it... as i said, go for it, ask for some professional help and don't be shy.... you are fighting for your life and we can not be shy !!!
