I was on clonodine for my blood pressure . My doctor told me 3 clonodine a day.
Calcium/ magnesium tabs help with rls as does foods high in potassium. Drink tonic water with quinine.

congrats on your 7 days. The clonidine if taken correct should take most of your wd symptoms away. If you have 1mg pills how many are you taking a day?

Congrats on your taper and getting off the methadone. Time will be your healer. Move as much as possible, exercise this will help your natural brain chemistry to start producing again. Try to be patient and take it one day at a time. You didn't get addicted overnight and it will take quite a few months for you to heal. Drink protein shakes, eat lots of veggies, protein and fruits. Take vitamins. Look at the bottom right of this page under health pages. There is lots of great info there. The amino acid protocol and the Thomas recipe. Also lots of info about methadone detox.
How long were you on methadone and what was your highest dose?

Melatonin will help you sleep.
Hyland's restless legs at the drug store or walmart for your legs and arms.
Take a good multi vitamin and L-tyrosine in the morning.
Look up the Thomas recipe on here. It will help you.
Congrats on wanting to get your life back.
hi....have you tried Melatonin or Alteril? that helped me after awhile......the no sleep thing is horrible....and also there is something at Walmart called Restless Leg..i haven't tried that....but they say it helps.. B12 is good to help you get energy back....B12 sublingual.....hot baths helped me alot too.
