hhow long symptoms last?

I have 21 days clean from hydrocodone and morphine drops.  I am still having symptoms lie runs and stomack cramps, lethargy and depression.  All is less than it was but still keeping me awake at night and tired in the day. I am 82 and copd. Have scoliosis also.  Using asprin and tylenol for my pain. any info is apprecited. Thanks. jyv (joyce)

thanks, yes I have all of those and this complaint seems like a mini withdrawal--the tiredness is awsome though. do you have more information? thanks you jyv (joyce)

Hi Joyce!!  Yes...all of that is normal but I hate knowing you're going through it all  !!

Do get some Immodium. Try eating bananas(they're binding). Be sure your drinking enough and eating well.  Some mild exercise will help with the blues and lethargy.
Maybe a short walk outside...nothing strenuos...just movement.   I believe in vitamins.
Do you have any you take?  Vitamins with B C D and calcium are helpful along with iron.

For sleep,you can try melatonin and valerian root. You can purchase that at any drug store or grocery store. It's all natural.

21 days is awsome have you tried any Immodium for the stomach issues,it helped me ALOT! with COPD did you have a harder time with the crazy breathing things that go on with withdrawal? Just curious. Try the IMMODIUM it will really helpGood luck
