I agree with above, sounds pretty typical to me. EXERCISE is great for getting rid of that pent up emotion (I remember crying on the stairmaster at the gym listening to my ipod~what a picture that must have been!!). But exercise also helps re-regulate your sleep cycle, which was HUGE for me and my emotional messiness. Hang in there, you will get throught. Be proud, 25 days is great!
Afraid that this is normal. Especially with methadone. Its a long fight with methadone. But it can be won. Please check out the Amino Acid Protocol and follow it if you can. It does help a lot.
This happen's alot so don't think your on your own hun. It's you emotion's coming back to you, When we use drug's our emotion's are put in a jar & the lid firmly on. It can take a week or month's after we get clean for them to come bk. It's a good thing even though it dosn't feel like it at the mo. Go for long walk's ect this will all help to clear your mind & give you a natural high.

yes this is very normal..I read you were comming off mehtadone..25 days is awesome!! I know first hand how incredibly hard that is..You are probably suffering from PAWS..try to keep your self moving..get as mich exercise as you can..This will pass..and then come and go for a little while..You may want to get on an anti-depressant for a little while to help you through..It's just going to take some time..You are free from that poison..hang in there
