Thanks to all for support. I did call my Dr in Oregon on this issue. She stated 1. Take gabba it's an amino acid. 2. After this long sounds more like severe nerve damage coming from other injuries. (She was treating me last 2 yrs for all injuries I have. She is MD and into natural 1st.)
Just wanted to let all know. I'm still praying for all of us. We need Devine healing.
Also add some extra Magnesium at night with more Potassium too!!
You can also wrap your legs with warm towels. I used to get under a Heating Blanket, but it was not for the RLS it was for ALL aches and pains & twitches.
Other wise hang tight and give it some more time..This is why they came up with "KICKING THE HABIT"..Pray at night because I sure did and this time around I did not even have it that bad..lol BUT I had other things just as bad if not worse this time. Hang in and do not look back!
Hi, I also have been having some RLS. I have found that Epsom Salt baths really do help. Have you tried that? Also, I am going to try the cream that Merri recommended. I am about a month off of Hydros, and it does seem to be getting better. Hope you get some relief soon. Take care!
Ok this post is scaring me lol. Only on day 4, but it's the rls and lack of sleep at night that I feel will be the death of me.
I had bad RLS for the first 2 weeks or so but its gone away for the most part although it seems all those years of my legs twitching has become somewhat of a part of me because my legs are usually moving when I go 2 bed and when I wake up in the am although it doesn't keep me up n e more or wake me up in pain!! its somewhat annoying ill say that but its hard 2 break routine I suppose and my body kinda likes putting itself 2 sleep with twitching legs, hmmmm whod a thunk!!!
Know what you mean. It is a pain to deal with. I know though some things take longer to go away with all this.
Thanks merri. I appreciate quick response. Not sure I like the reality part tho. Lol.
I'm not sure. I have been using scream I found. Itwasright by theHylands and it works for me.
If it continues talk to your doctor. This may just be a reality now. I have been taking Requip for my RLS for years. Before pills. I take one before bed and I am goodgir the night usually.
