Taking. A big jump from 160 methadone to subutex

Well i have been on 160mg of dones for a year. I now have a script forsubutex . how long should i wait to take about 2mgs

The Dr should know way better. I have this book that talks about going from dones to subs and that is a high dose. Hope you come back in and let us know what's up??

Your dr should have told you this??? Ask the dr that gave you the sub prescription....b/c you definatly dont want to take it too early!!

Hi.....well I have never heard of somone jumping from 160mg of methadone to sub  most doctors want you at or below 30   please dont thy this yourself  if it back fires on you you will get something called percpiatated withdrawal  more commonly know as the withdrawal from hell  please seak a doctor for your intake it is critical that you do
