The L-tyrosine is one of those things that you don't know that it's working until you stop taking it.. I have found that when I don't take it,,, I have less energy.. it could just be me and the placebo effect.. but I don't know as it's not one of those things that gives you an instant rush....
What I have found is that the more I EXERCISE.. the more ENERGY I have...You can try walking... biking... whatever "floats your boat" and helps to kick in your NATURAL ENDORPHINS... (if you sweat... that's even better)..
Just my thoughts... but.. Exercise has NEVER hurt ANY BODY!

Exercise. That is it. No matter what else you take you will only make it worse. Maybe vitamins of some sort may help. But any L-Tyrosine or energy drinks, make you all jittery and irritable. Your legs will still feel like they have weights tied to them. There is no escaping that. Just exercise. THat will help out alot. You may not want to, but it works when you are done. Each day will get better..
The more you get up and move the better you will feel. Each day goes get better. Keep moving forward.........sara

Wow! That's great to know! I do take a multivitamin everyday that does contain B6, so great! Thank you! I'm going back to work tomorrow, back to work an 11 hour day from a 4 day W/D, I feel ok, just without energy. I'm hoping I can just tough it out and make through the day tomorrow! Thank you!
