Congratulations! I knew you could do it. You are not alone...I had a similar "emotional" experience in my day 3; my wife and daughter had to go out of state, over night. I didn't think I'd be able to get through the day without them, and I was dreading the night. Needless to say, all was fine.
Tomorrow should be a wee bit better; getting out is good - you'll have to decide on going to class and your interview, but I can assure you that when you've completed either one or the other, or both, you'll feel good about yourself. Keep eating, vitamins, etc. Great job.
Hello everyone. I'm starting day 4 of no oxys and day 3 of no norcos. I feel weak & a little dizzy, but that's most likely from lack of sleep. I ended up eating 2 pieces of toast in the middle of the night & a banana about 30 min ago. My dad just picked me up from the house bc my fiance has to work today. So I won't be alone today. I'm feeling a lot less body withdrawals today. My lower back & my legs cramp from time to time, but other than that nothing...no more burning skin or hot/cold flashes. I had a minor emotional time when I was laying in bed with my fiance & realized I wouldn't be with him today. But I know the over emotional stuff is just a part of it all. I'm gonna see how today goes & if it keeps getting better, I'm gonna try to go to class in the morning. I also have my interview tomorrow at 4.
its time to force the magnesium.....epsom salt in the bath helps this also supplement magnesium and potassium bananas are a good natural sorce but that will help the leg cramps other then that how you feel.....im sorry your up but it is typical not to sleep wile detoxing.......Gnarly
Try an OTC pain med. It will work; vitamins help, make sure you're drinking a lot. A hot pad, bath, etc., helps. Today is almost over. Try eating another banana. Relax. You are almost there.
I just woke up. I slept about 2 hours. I've made it past a day and a half. My legs from my knees down are starting to ache quite badly.
Good. As long as your stomach can handle it, keep eating. It will help with you physically feeling better, and that is another milestone. You should take a look back over your posts - already you'll see progress, something to keep you going and to be proud of.
