Hey glad to hear you are doing so well. You won't have withdrawal symptoms from amino acids. They are simply the building blocks for neurotransmitters.
Hi! Congratulations on your 2 day! No need to stop taking L-Tyrosine or any other amino acid. What will throw you back into w/d's are opiates or whatever you're kicking. Period. So glad you have a belief system. That's a real boon. I know it's absolutely changed my life and allowed me to do what I'm doing. This site has also helped tremendously. You might try ginger tea - a really effective natural remedy for nausea. Just get a piece of ginger. Peel a small piece and squeeze it through a garlic press into a cup of hot water. It's also good for you. Hops this helps a little.
I am not sure when or why? I just don't want to be taking anything else that will make me withdrawal. I will take it for a while longer. just don't want to quit taking it and have problems.
Hi Just hang tight.."Time is a Healer"...Yes why do you want ot give up the Ltyrosine? I take all the L-s..They are natual amino-acids. They are for balance protein protection..Helps the brain build back and stay balanced too.....Good Stuff...and great for the body as well...
Just keep on truckin forward and do not look back...
Congrats on 2 days!!! Why are you planning on quitting the L-tyrosine?
You have the right attitude and it will help you tremendously! Everyones experience is different, but the process is about the same. You are doing great.
Chad - I found that everyone reacts differently and going through WDs. For me it was unlike that of others. Just do what you need to do to get through each day, then the next thing you know the days will add up and the WDs are less and less. For me, even though each day was better than the previous, there were a few days when I noticed a big difference than the day before. Hang in there. It will be over before you know it. ~ T
