Help with Tapper

I am needing help from anyone that can help. I am trying to tapper off of Lortab 10mgs I was up to 40 per day and have decreased down to 25 on my own, I only have 70 left and I am wanting to know how I should do the taper from here? I know the w/d will be bad but wanting to know what taper I could use to maybe help some.

wow you were up to a high amount but I to have been there. You don't have many left to do much a taper. But if you were taking 25 a day and 70 left I guess I would decrease need get down little each day like 25 to 23 to 22 to 20 to 18 maybe in two taper let me think I'll message you back on private message
