Day 11 and I know I will make it

Hello all, today is DAY 11 without oxy. As I look back on my journey through this process I thank God that I found this forum. All of you people here have given me encouragement, inspiration and hope to keep going. I still don't feel the greatest but I guess I will with time. I now know that I MUST find another option to control my pain. Throughout this ordeal I really learned a lot about myself and the people surround me. This is one life lesson that I will NEVER forget. When I feel like things are getting tough I go back and read my original posts from day 1 on and it gives me strength. Once again to all thank you sooooooo much for being my salvation and God bless all of you. Now off to work I go.

I'm a couple of days behind you, and hope that 2 more will make a big difference.  Congrats on doing so well!,
I just realized that I've spent 40 years plus on drugs - they only became mecically necessary for pain about 10 years ago - so it might take me a bit longer than most people to get this crud out of my system.

Keep up the good work and thanks for the encouragement too!
