Day 14-still burning barely sleeping

Today is my 14th day of being completely clean. I went to a 7 day detox and I've been home for a week. Since coming home I've started having issues when I lay down at night. My entire body feels like it is covered in flames. Still some insomnia but that is slowly wearing off. Just wondering if anyone has ever experienced this body burning issue before?

Hi and congratulations on two weeks ! All of us suffer with some type of mental and physical effects from stopping opioids . What you are experiencing is one of those effects and it will take its course as with all the others we suffer from after getting clean . For me it was the anxiety it was Hell but was pretty much gone in two months . Stay strong and keep posting you are doing great ! Jimmy
