Day 4 CLEAN!
Well the last 24 hours have been a little rough. Physically I feel ok, emotionally the cravings are intense. But I am proud of myself for being clean . First time in over 4 years I haven't had a narcotic in my system. Have a great Friday everyone!

congrats, on day 4 it will get better for ya every day. I,m on day 14 today and I am struggling but we have to take it 1 day at the time.wish you the best peace out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
