They do help, but my doc gave me a VERY weak one (skelaxion I think its called?) and it did help during the day with the leg pain, but not at night with sleeping. Like Eagle said Trazadone is a life saver for sleep during w/d's. My doc perscribed me that a long time ago it helps me sleep through the whole night during detox. Also its not addictive and doesnt give you any kind of a buzz. Good luck!
They will help. But they dont guarantee a nights sleep. Insomnia is a frequent thing associated with cessation of an opiate. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is a good otc sleep aid. Trazadone is a good RX for sleep. Take a good hot shower/bath shortly before bedtime.
Yes they will. They will help with the aches and pains and also put you to sleep. I just hope they are prescribed to you and you are taking the correct dosage. They too have a potential for addiction. But if you used correctly, they will make you feel better during vicodin withdrawl
