Feeling cravings?

Google "foods that make you happy." There are foods out there that are proven to release endorphins (those feel good chemicals in your brain...the same ones opiates affect). Go to the store, stock up on those, and eat your little hearts out. Also, exercise and sex (safe sex, of course). Those will get you feeling high too. So take your money and instead of buying pills, go buy some delicious food, get a gym membership, go get an acupuncture treatment or massage!

No problem! It definitely helped me thr my detox! The funny thing was on day 3 I was sitting at my parents house feeling like I'm bout ready to fall over dead & this talk show comes on. I hate talk shows but I was too tired/sore to feel like moving two feet to get the remote & change the channel so I just watch the talk show. They start talking about depression & just sadness in general (which I was definitely feeling by day 3) & they talked about foods that were scientifically proven to boost your mood! I felt like they were talking directly too me, haha!
