So I have had some negative crappy days. I posted and got lots of fantastic advice, encouragement and support. I listened to you friends... I went for a walk, I did crafts with my kids, started a new book. Tried some tea, but wasn't my thing! Anyway, I feel pretty good today. Kept my head up, read posts from here all day from my Iphone at work. I had to bring myself back to being positive about the process, with the understanding that there are negatives but they don't have to consume me. Thank you so much. You guys really mean something to me!
