Been 6 days

Well. This is my 6th day sorta off percs. I chewed on one and maybe got a little tiny piece of it. Like a milligram maybe? I was so mad at myself. I threw it away. Question is. When does this crazy train stop? I mean. No sleep. Hating the world. Lethargic as heck. Legs aching ALL the time. Feel like rubber man. I've gone threw this twice b4 and don't remember it taking sooooo long. Ugh. I just want to feel "normal". I'm not giving in. I can't financially or emotionally so y 6 days in am I hurting so bad. It was funny. I actualk started to feel pretty good last night. Had my dose of advil. Excedrin. Melatonin. B12. Potassium. B12 etc. Ensures. Hot bath. Hot shower. And the by 1200 I was back to reality. And the mornings are the worst. But these days are so long now. So hard. Hate to be so negative but Its reality fir me. I'm 40 years old. I know age and taking 10-15 perc10's a day didn't help. I just do t see thAt proverbial "light" at the end of the tunnel. :(((((

Thx Gnarly. I tried the highlands restful legs. Not the cramp ones. The restful legs did nothing for me. (The little pills u let dissolve under ur tongue). I'll give the cramp ones a try. Thx again.

Well. 4 days later. Feeling. "better" I guess. Hard to tell. I guess it's been a little over a week now that I quit the p's. The major thing for me is my legs. They are just aching all the time. Better than they were. But not enough fir me to just sit and relax or lie down. I haven't been as active I should. Just so tired but can't slepp but maybe 4 hours a day since I quit. Oh well. I'm taking the magnesium. Potassium. Epsom salt baths etc. But Im thinking that  being more active can't hurt. I walked to the park a couple times and got sum relief but the I sit and legs are killin me.

Just looking fir any suggestions for the achey legs. Not rls really. It's just ache. Cramps. Advil. Aleve do nothing. Are there supplements u can take? I've never had this b4 my addiction. I remember being able to just lye down and relax. Ahhhhh the good ol days. Md. ( sorry for bring so repetitive but damn they hurt!!!!)
