OMG you have a massive heart attack you need to call 911 immediately; extended release tabs are a slow continous release over a long period. Please if its for yourself or another seek help. If its in regards to a friend and you are aware of this,,you could also be held liable if the person dies.
Of course, I'm not a doctor so what I'm saying is purely anecdotal and should not be construed as giving medical advice.

That's a fatal dose. It hasn't been TOO long; the XR means extended release soooo the side effects will keep effecting for a LONG time; getting worse each time until heart failure. A dangerous situation indeed...

Other overdose symptoms include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, uneven heartbeats, feeling light-headed, fainting, seizure (convulsions), or coma.
