Can't sleep

I cant sleep, I think it's my 3rd day off Lortabs 500mg 10 to 11 pills a day, COLDTURKEY! I have taken 2 tylenol pms not helping at all, Advice please?????????????????

This si s aproblem i had and unfortumaately it stayed with me for a while.....I finally had t call my Dr..amd he prescribed some tepathazam {sp} ....I have onlt taken a couple nut they did help..  Good luck I know you can do it...and it is so worth it in the end.

Hi Nat...lack of sleep will unfortunately be there for awhile and then intermittent at best.  During my first few weeks, I would take Excedrin during the day and Excedrin PM during the night.  Sometimes I got a few hours here or there but eventually the sleep WILL return.

Some folks recommend melatonin...naturally occurring herb that helps you sleep; you can buy this at GNC, etc.  

Your body is changing after stopping the meds and that's a good thing.  Stay the course and this will become a memory for you shortly.
